Saturdays: 12pm – Midnight
Sundays and Public Holidays: 24 Hours

Communication

Our patients may leave messages for our doctors via telephone or email, however, please note that as we are an out of hours only service, you are strongly encouraged to contact your regular GP within their practice hours for follow up. Your clinical note is sent to your nominated Practice the same day as your consultation with us so your GP will have access to this. Should you still wish to speak with our doctor, a member of our Management Team will respond to your message by the next business day to advise.

We will not contact you with normal pathology or radiology results, should a result require to follow up you will be contacted by our attending doctor or medical director to discuss and follow up would be via your regular GP. We would not provide this type of information electronically.
You would only be contacted via SMS to advise the estimated time of arrival on a booked consultation.
